The white is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Seyval Blanc aged for 24 months on its lees and comes from the 2020 vintage. It lovely citrus fruit on the nose and elegant stone fruit flavours on the palate.

The Brut Rose is mainly Seyval Blanc with a hint of Pinot Noir to add to the colour. It has soft redcurrant and strawberry fruit on the palate with a hint of brioche on the finish.
