This is one of the world’s most wonderful pudding wines. The base wine is
fermented then has rich raisin-like Aszu grapes, picked in October, added
by the ‘Puttonyos’ measure and a second fermentation carried out.
The wine is then aged in small oak for 4 year, producing a glorious sweet
and intense golden nectar with lime freshness.
